Q: What Shipping Options are Available?
A: We offer a standard shipping option only. Please expect 10-14 days from the order date of your product. If you require faster shipping please contact us below.
Q: Do You Ship Internationally?
A: Our products are manufactured in many different locations across Canada and the US. They will be processed and shipped from the closest facility to you. At this time we currently only offer shipping to Canada and the United States.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is Your Return Policy?
A: We unfortunately do not offer any returns on products. If the product does not work for you - please feel free to rehome it. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the case of a defective product, please contact us on the form at the bottom of the page and we will ensure you are taken care of.

A: We currently do not offer any exchanges on products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Q: How Can I Track my Order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and details. Use this information to track your current shipment - if you are having difficulties, please contact us.

Q: How Can I Use a Promo Code?
A: Enter your promo code in the discount code box at checkout and click "APPLY." If valid, your discount will be applied and shown in the total amount.
